Two spheres, the smaller stacked upon the larger, compose this small Lily Vase. The vase has been glazed in varying shades of blue and green, with small areas of red and white. The most captivating aspect of the piece, however, are the lily pads topping the vase wrought from silver. This metal top adds greatly to the organic feel of the vase, providing a delicately concrete image of nature in conjunction with the natural-looking forms of the stoneware.
Mark: Inscribed Dalpayrat.
