This handsome bowl features three identical profiles of a Viking ship conjoined by three dragon-shaped prows. The inside features a hand repoussé pattern designed to represent the ribs of a ship's hull. J. Tostrup was a paragon of the Norwegian Viking revival style, setting the bar for quality and craftsmanship.
