Description
This hand-thrown stoneware charger, glazed in richly textured polychrome enamels, exhibits a perfect marriage of form and decoration. The streaked glaze that forms a deep border around perimeter looks as though it was formed by centrifugal force as the the charger was spun quickly on a wheel. Made in Auteuil, Paris, France.
