An excellent example of Jugendstil design, this stunning vase by Otto Eckmann is decorated in a rich mottled berry colored glaze. The elegant, curvaceous form is contained within a handled bronze mount comprised of graceful foliate forms.
Marks: Stamped 1959 D; artist's cypher embossed on metal mount.
