Description

With green and golden glazes revealing relief-carved ribs and veins beneath the surface, this vessel appears to be a cluster of lily pads whose gathered and slightly twisted stems form the base. Two of the major veins rise above the surface to form organic handles. Designed for Amphora by Paul Dachsel. Marks: stamped manufacturer's cypher; 3 540; C2.
