This elegant conical vase is decorated with a brilliant iridescent purple-hued glaze with red undertones. An etched motif of ivy leaves encircles the form, while modulated dripping green glaze at the rim creates the effect of stalactites hanging from a cave ceiling.
Marks: Painted and impressed Clement Massier, AM, L Levy.
