Similar in form to Massier's and Lévy-Dhurmer's Moonscape Charger, this piece has a comparably dramatic décor. A branch supporting blooming flowers diagonally crosses the picture plane, showing Lévy-Dhurmer's application of the Japanese design preference for asymmetry.
