Description

A hand thrown stoneware vase executed by Emile Decoeur for Edmond Lachenal, this elegant baluster form is covered with a superb glossy flambé glaze in hues of purple and blue, while the flamboyant organic whiplash handles bear a thickly textured matte glaze in shades of light and dark brown. A unique piece, signed as such ("piece unique").
